  • Methods of Payment: Payments are accepted via bank transfer, mobile money, or other methods agreed upon with EdmondWebsites.

5. Maintenance and Support

  • Paid Support: Maintenance and support services for the websites, applications, or systems we develop are not free. These services are offered on a paid basis and must be agreed upon before commencing any support or maintenance work.

  • Non-payment: If maintenance or support fees are not paid, EdmondWebsites is not liable for any issues that arise, including system downtime, data loss, or performance issues.

6. Data Loss & Hacking

  • Liability: In case of hacking, data loss, or any security breach, EdmondWebsites is not liable for any damages, losses, or disruptions to services unless the incident occurs due to our own fault or negligence.

  • No Liability for Unpaid Maintenance: If the client chooses not to pay for ongoing maintenance, we are not responsible for any security breaches, data loss, or damages to the services we offered.

7. Limitation of Liability
We strive for accuracy and performance in our solutions. However, EdmondWebsites is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website.

8. Competition and Exclusivity
While we maintain a commitment to providing excellent ICT services, we do not guarantee exclusivity for any client. We reserve the right to offer similar services to competitors within the same market, provided it does not violate client confidentiality or intellectual property rights.
